Booked an appointment four weeks ago. Received a confirmation email only to turn up and be told there is no appointment. They had been trying to call and email to no avail.
Apparently the contact details are correct for the automated correspondence but not the lying little toad who claimed they were incorrect.
So after trying multiple times to change it they decided to just delete it - total f#ck!ng pricks.
Fortunately Salon7 had a cancellation and were able to fit me in quickly and did a great job and were cheaper to boot.
Would I go back to Hairhouse? Not if they paid me a million dollars - I will be going back to Salon7 who not only do a great job but also have great customer service.
