Have been having a regular massage with Jacqui both before I was pregnant and also during pregnancy and she is great. She takes care of every little extra like heating the room, the towels, the music, the oils under the table etc ... Very relaxing. If your looking for some time out to spoil yourself - highly recommended. Have also seen Cheryl, the Naturopath and Envitalise and would highly recommend her too!

Have been attending pilates studio sessions here twice a week for the last 14 months and it has been marvellous for my health and fitness. My friends and family all say I have never looked so good. Started 6-8 weeks before falling pregnant with my first child. It enabled me to tone up for a gig as bridesmaid last April and then keep fit and healthy during my pregnany. I returned 6 weeks after giving birth and am already below my pre-pregnancy weight and feeling fantastic! Would highly recommend pilates - especially for those wanting to keep fit during pregnancy.

We stayed here for two nights recently in a Superior Club Sofitel room. It was pricey but very nice for a special occasion. Great bed, great views. Make sure you use the Club Sofitel benefits with food and beverages served all day.

Went here for the first time recently with a group of friends. Not that much room for a group of 4 to sit down for a coffee. Seating inside and outside. I had a white chocolate mocha and a toasted sandwich and it was yummy!

We live very close so are very frequent customers both for a meal at lunch or dinner or just for a coffee. Service is always prompt and speedy. Good variety on menu but is a little pricey since they revamped the restaurant and menu. Used to be more a cafe but now prices of food are definitely more like a restaurant making it pricey for a light lunch or coffee and a snack. But reasonable for a full meal. Great atmosphere.

Often eat here for breakfast or lunch on a Sunday before doing the grocery shopping at Coles next door. Convenient. There is lots of variety on the menu and great atmosphere - a little pocket of peace inside a busy shopping centre ... My favourite is the chicken caesar salad and a milkshake! Good coffee too!
