1. UroBriz shop front staff are very professional and friendly.
2. Dr Kua is very professional, however, he doesn't greet you with a handshake as you walk into his office. Maybe a little "standoffish" but as soon as you sit down the friendliness appears and so does the smile.
3. The conduct of Dr Kua at the hospital was professional but his bedside manner needs work. He came into my room, sat in the chair near the door, stated was was necessary and left my room.
4. The post operation consultation at his office did cost me $130.00. I thought this could have been free as the operation did cost $3500.00.
5. My prostrate problem is gone and a big thanks to Dr Kua and his team.
