I would like to thank you for the quick response that we received when we advised you that we had a problem with our hot water system. Being a Friday I thought that we would not have hot water over the week-end. We rang at 9:30 am that morning & by 11:30 am our hot water system was back in action.

The professionalism of your office staff & the service man who attended to our problem could not be faulted we were even advised by phone what time the service man would attend to our problem & to our surprise he was right on
time.
