We recently had our concrete tiled roof restored by Oz Pix as they had previously restored three houses in our street, eight or nine years ago, and were recommended by those owners.

Oz PIx turned up at the agreed time to provide a quote. They provided excellent customer service and took the time to explain in detail exactly what they would do, how long it would take and advised that payment was on completion of the job.

Oz Pix cleaned our roof on the agreed date and were to return the next day to complete the job. However, they were delayed due to bad weather.

On completion of the roof and prior to them leaving we pointed out some minor problems that needed fixing. We were pleasantly surprised that instead of trying to cover these up they also pointed out additional minor problems that would be fixed on another day after the roof had dried.

We contacted Oz Pix the next day to advise of the minor issues and to arrange for a date to carry out the repairs.

Due to more weather delays, which were out of the control of Oz Pix, and to ensure that the final product was delivered to the high standard of the company, instead of just repairing the minor problems with the existing finish, Oz Pix carried out a full respray of the roof.

We are extremely happy with all aspects of the service we received and would highly recommend Oz Pix for any roof restoration.
