When I go to a hairdresser's I expect to walk out looking better than I went in. Not so with my experience today.

All I wanted was a simple trim and my fringe straightened. I can't tell you who cut my hair because she never told me her name. When she said she was done, I pointed out my fringe was still crooked at one point - actually pointed to it - and she looked baffled but snipped anyway.

When I say crooked, I mean one side was at least half a centimetre longer than the other.

I left because I didn't want to waste anymore of my time. Not only did she let me leave with a really bad fringe, but other staff that the front counter said nothing.

A sign on the wall said coffee was available but I was not asked or offered any. I'm not expecting to walk out with rock star looks, just a decent haircut.
