Just bought my son a new Martin & Co 12 string acoustic guitar. My first contact was over the phone with Reece who answered my never ending questions without making me feel like I was a pest and wasting his time. When we entered the store we were greeted by Reece who was again very helpful. Even though the shop was busy, we were looked after and nothing was too much trouble.
