Bad communication and customer service. The actual contractors were lovely but it took 2 months for the company to collect the boxes and refund the ones I didn’t use. October to December 2020. And I followed up a number of times over the 2 months. That gives you an idea of how frustrating the whole process is. They should have paid me for my time.

I’ve used lots of removalists before but would advise strongly against using JB Removals.
