I would not use this organisation again. They advertise as being family owned but the contact centre is in Western Australia not Adelaide. They make an initial assessment appointment and then send quote but they are very slow to book the follow up appointment after the quote. They are disrespectful of peoples time and seek to alter appointments ignorant of the fact that their clients also have commitments. They have an appalling invoicing system. They will overlook invoicing you and then when they recognise that they have not invoiced you they will render and invoice and claim that payment is overdue. They don't issue receipts for payment so be very very careful especially with above mentioned poor invoicing system. They are discourteous and do not respond to you communications and do not apologise for their errors. Totally bad experience with these guys.
