We had the Sentricon System installed in 2005. This requires regular 3 month external inspections and an annual internal and external inspection. The company also offers an annual white ant insurance which is well worth taking out. Over the years termites have been found in the stations, but not inside our home. Over the years I have found the office staff to be very helpful. Our 3 month checks have been done by a great man named Murray and our annual by Peter. They are both friendly, courteous, honest and willing to give advice. No price is too much to pay for peace of mind, however their price is very reasonable in comparison to others. Fully recommend this company.
