I have been going here since I was a little girl & always had received amazing service. Last yr, the eftpos system went down when I visited & I had to do a bank transfer. It was simple & straight forward...so I thought. I received a call 6wks later to say that they hadn't received my payment & they needed me to track down the payment with my bank. They were extremely unhelpful, it took me numerous times to get an answer from them & just when I thought all had been resolved, Iv come home to a letter from the debt collectors...no phone call or attempt to help me resolve the issue . The most annoying part is there is no issue as Iv paid! I'm extremely upset & disappointed and will not be going back again. What a horrible way to treat a patient of 30yrs!
