I have been going here since I was a little girl & always had received amazing service. Last yr, the eftpos system went down when I visited & I had to do a bank transfer. It was simple & straight forward...so I thought. I received a call 6wks later to say that they hadn't received my payment & they needed me to track down the payment with my bank. They were extremely unhelpful, it took me numerous times to get an answer from them & just when I thought all had been resolved, Iv come home to a letter from the debt collectors...no phone call or attempt to help me resolve the issue . The most annoying part is there is no issue as Iv paid! I'm extremely upset & disappointed and will not be going back again. What a horrible way to treat a patient of 30yrs!

A really friendly, professional dental group with exceptional customer service. In particular I highly recommend Dr Kathleen Walsh who is incredibly caring and knowledgeable, she definitely goes the extra mile to make you feel you're getting the very best possible care.

I used to be absolutely terrified of going to the dentist until I started going here and seeing Dr Felicity James - she is absolutely amazing - she puts me at ease every single time and I am now much less scared!

We have been going here for years, excellent dentists, friendly dental nurses and receptionists, great with children, give you options and discuss treatments before proceeding

I went here a little while ago for a check up, and found that the dentist didn't really go in to much detail about what he was going to be doing, which startled me a little bit. Overall, it wasn't the best experience - I went there purely because my usual dentist was unavailable.
