Pet Insurance Australia provided me with reasonably priced cover for my dog Flo, who has had a number of ear issues. When you do need to make a claim its straight forward to do (either by post or online) and they update you on where the claim is in terms of the process and when you will receive the pay out. I have found them to be courteous and efficient in all my dealings with them. I would recommend Pet Insurance Australia.
