Great customer service experience from booking the call to getting the job done by the plumber Wayne. Very knowledgeable tradie in the job and a good pitch on the services beyond plumbing if I need something else. Plus as part of the deal he inspected the rest of my plumbing. Only gripe is I think it was a high price off the catalog for the job but he offered to wait for me to seek other quotes which I appreciated. Plus if I wanted to proceed with them I would not incur a further call out fee. So I had the choice but as I had a leaking wall I didn’t want to wait any longer. So not a major compliant but let’s hope I don’t need too many of these jobs in the future.
