Very unprofessional. Don't go there. Without asking for my consent a vet performed unnecessary invasive tests on my poor kitten and ultimately wanted to leave the kitten for another two days despite saying that he was well. Once I saw the bill I pointed out that I was not advised and asked for consent on these tests. I wanted to discuss the nessesity of these tests with the vet or any other vet. But the hospital refused to discuss it. They printed a new invoice without these tests and literally threw me with my kitten out. My main concern are not the costs associated with it but unnessesary invasive and painful procedures performed on my kitten. Apparently personal inconvenience of the vet ("..would finish at midnight if you come..") was the reason behind the desire to keep my kitten in the hospital for another two days. The style of her communication is a monologue where you have no chance to say a word. She doesn't give you any options and then accuses you that you didn't tell her that you were disagree (yes she attempts some communication once you complained on her).

Approximate cost: $1000
