I had my hour of Reiki yesterday. Michelle, the lady who runs The Blue Butterfly is very friendly and her home is gorgeous..I was taken into a treatment room and removed my shoes and hopped up on the little bed..the room was lovely and nicely dimmed with some candles and background nothing music..and when I got on the bed Michelle put a pillow roll under my knees to ease stress on my lower back, then covered me in a snuggly blanket for the treatment. When I was comfortable she put a weighted eye mask over my eyes to quiet them and in darkness and with extremely soft background noise Michelle began my hour of Reiki treatment. I was extremely relaxed afterwards and thoroughly enjoyed my first Reiki experience! thank you Michelle for offering reiki treatments!
