We send lots of parcels on a daily basis from our office in Melbourne. Whenever we book couriers please we regret it: the parcels will be scheduled for delivery and then not be picked up, sometimes for days on end. This is terrible for our customers, as well as us. Do not use couriers please if you need your businesses shipments to get anywhere in a reasonable timeframe. Complained made to them are given the runaround and barely-legible stock-standard answers. They just don't seem to care.
