I needed an appointment on a Friday night for my sick dog, but they closed within the hour and were full. However they took my details and rang back within 15mins with a cancellation so I raced down there and they saw her. The staff were efficient and very helpful and full of valuable advice. I appreciated them fitting me in like they did, I wasn’t expecting a call back!!!
