Not particularly great for new customers. Was gifted a voucher by a friend. Was ok nice at first but the girl showed her temper at me because my nail polish chipped off while picking up my bag. I wasn't given time to let my nails dry before being asked to get up. Apparently I wasn't being careful enough. Then she discusses me with her friends in their native language. Nothing makes you feel worse.

Quite unprofessional. My daughter had been going for classes for a month before they "realised" she was the only student attending and therefore cannot continue the class. Four of the faculty decided they were going to tell us at the same time while they were taking a coffee break- no prior calls or letter of advice to me even though they have all my contact details. Imagine my daughter's reaction. She thought we had done something wrong and we were being scolded. We were too late to start anywhere else so she lost out on a term.

I had ordered a birthday cake in the shape of a beach ball. The cake was beautiful and perfect to a T and Amadeo was very accomodating with the angle of the cake though it made decorating it a bit harder. The cake received a lot of compliments and a few oohs and ahhs. The service was faultless upto the time of pick up.
