I have had three remedial massages by Sam Powell over the last 8 months. She is certainly very talented, extremely knowledgeable in this field and passionate about trying to use her abilities to help heal others. She knows how to find the bits that hurt, but if it doesn't hurt - it doesn't work in my book. This is no relaxation massage, but that's not why I go. I go for results and that's what I get, with immediate results very evident in my case, not only straight after the massage, but even during. She draws on her inner strength and energy to empower you and has an amazing talent and ability to tap into your being and tells you things about yourself that are dead accurate and come from someone that you have only just met.
