I read many positive reviews about this restaurant on tripadvisor so I was expecting delicious authentic Chinese cuisine. Upon entering I was impressed with the decor and well dressed, attentive staff. My dishes were either too salty, lacking in flavour or just bland. When I ordered a glass of coconut juice, I was given a tiny carton of coconut water. Not worth the price. After spending about $70 there I walked out feeling disappointed and was still hungry!
Great supermarket with a variety of Asian treats, cooking essentials, imported ingredients, fruit and veg and a butcher. Don't expect a great customer service experience though - it is often very busy.
The waffles and drinks were average and overpriced. I wouldn't say that their food and drinks are value for money. Decor is cute but not very exciting. Service is Ok.
Great imported products available and a variety of Asian snacks which you can't get from a regular supermarket.
Great friendly service! This was my first time here and I received a quick haircut and blow dry from one of the student hairdressers. I didn't even have to make a booking.
Approximate cost: $30
Great friendly service that provided me with better flight deals than competitors. I always book with them and would highly recommended them.
I only gave 4/5 stars as sometimes they take a while to respond to your queries.
Delicious authentic Vietnamese food! I tried the meatball Bun Bowl and it was very satisfying and filling. The banh mi's are slightly more expensive than other places but the bun bowl are slight cheaper. Fast service and prepared fresh. I would definitely recommend this place.
Approximate cost: $9.50
I tried a dozen of the mixed oysters (natural, chilli & cheese, kilpatrick and thai)
The natural oysters were the best out of the 4.. the others weren't so great as the flavours they added were very salty and seemed to overpower the taste of the oysters.
The grilled prawn skewers weren't good value at all.
I tried their sushi which was lovely. Staff are kind and service is prompt; rarely busy as it is located in a quiet arcade.
Really flavoursome chicken and an interesting menu of side dishes and drinks.
I tried the Taiwanese chicken wings and they were delicious. The sweet potato chips were the perfect combination of sweet and salty. The iced chocolate and iced watermelon smoothies were also a very nice treat to have.
