If I could give them a zero or -5 review I would. BUYER BEWARE. Ordered a sofa and Ottoman Dec 5th. Part of the reason we were happy to order is because unlike other furniture stores we were told we'd only have to wait until mid March for our Brisbane made sofa to arrive and the manufacturer offered a lifetime guarantee on the frame. Too good to be true. Not only was the sofa not delivered in Mid March as originally promised we weren't contacted about any possible delays and each time we called we got a different fob off. Finally on the 4th enquiry we were told the manufacturer had gone bankrupt but another company would be making our sofa and it would be ready by June. Now of course this isn't what we ordered nor is it the time frame we were originally given. We have asked for a refund of our deposit and have been given the run around continually since then. Apparently only one person in the business has the ability to transact refunds and he is out of office indefinitely. I would not be surprised if they are actually trading whilst insolvent. I have since been contacted by other customers in the same situation and they have been given different stories as to why their goods are not being delivered within the time frame.
