The staff at this medical centre was very professional and attentive. The building was brand new and in a very clean state. There was a play area for children in the waiting room as well. The doctor was great however only downside was that I had to wait over half an hour in spite of having booked an appointment. This clinic bulk bills and there is ample parking right at the front.

This gym is good in terms of services offered and location, it being a 24h gym with ample parking (with no time restriction). There is a creche and kids classes (the kids classes are free where the parent is a member) however the creche must be paid for $3.50 per session (a 10- or 20-pass may be purchased at a slightly cheaper cost). In terms of customer service, this has been a great issue. When I joined the gym I had my membership created twice (and charged twice) until I discovered the error and staff fixed it; my surname was misspelled in the system in terms of logging into the app, so I could not book creche online and upon calling it was double booked at one occasion as well which again I would not have discovered had I not noticed that what was left in my pass for the creche was being reduced too fast; finally I cancelled my membership, being told that there was nothing else that I needed to do in the regard and somehow the record has disappeared, previous employed staff has left and so my cancellation went from being a 30 days notice to effectively 60 day notice. It appears to me that there are just too many mistakes made in the process and quite sincerely I expect better than this from any company. The whole matter of dealing with the staff at this gym is just not worth the facilities and anything other that this site can offer.

The park was nice and quite large. I could not say the same of customer service. At the entrance there was a clear sign that concession would provide a discount however upon querying I was told this was only for seniors. When entering the car park, there was a sign that this was full but instead it was half empty. The park area was nice but we could not walk on the grass as there were animal excrements literally all over the grass. We managed to see one koala and one kangaroo. The atmosphere was peaceful however there was area for improvement.

The cafe was conveniently located, the atmosphere being inviting and with interesting food variety available. However the customer service was terrible. I noted 2 staff in the kitchen, one staff literally ignoring customers and one staff member on the phone for a prolonged amount of time. With a line of over 5 clients accumulating and no staff serving, we eventually chose to leave after several minutes of unnecessary wait. I sought to approach the staff member talking on the phone as my young daughter needed to use the bathroom as well however with the staff just asking to wait. I left the store then walked past after a few more minutes and being shocked to see that the situation was still the same. Customer service was therefore horrible although the store had lots to offer in terms of food.

This was an excellent massage center. The staff was very knowledgeable, performing excellent strength massage and really helping with my back pain. They had a unique kindness and cheerfulness, engaging in discussion and building a rapport with me as a customer. The price was very good and the environment clean and friendly. They perform a range of massages from remedial to relaxation and aromatherapy. I was extremely satisfied and I would recommend to anyone!

The staff at this centre displayed excellent customer service, with a caring attitude, ensuring that the patients would be comfortable at all times. The receptionist was so kind and cheerful, the staff performing the ultrasound incredibly kind and understanding on my medical situation. I was so happy to have gone to this clinic as any worries I had when I entered were gone by the time I left as per the positive demeanour, professionalism and reassurance provided. Parking can be a bit tricky but there is across the road in the side streets (2h).

The clinic has appointments readily available and the doctor was skilled and helpful. However the staff at reception were not very friendly. Also as I had to have a blood test done, I had a terrible experience with the nurse at the centre as she acted quite unprofessional and after waiting for over an hour, she stated that she got into an argument with a patient which was very peculiar behaviour for a health professional and the first time I have ever observed anything like this. I would visit this clinic based on the doctor's skills and demanour but if requiring any blood tests or such, I would attend another clinic.
Treatments are bulk billed and the clinic also does skin cancer checks.

The staff at this centre were very polite, cheerful and professional at all times. The dentist that I used, assisted both me as an adult and my 4 year old daughter for a check-up. She was very gentle and knowledgeable, leaving us to feel really happy with the service provided.
There is a gap with Medicare for eligible children, I know some sites offer child dental for free with Medicare. Perhaps the value could be a little better because of this.

Aqwa is really nice for a day out with the kids. The aquarium area is extensive with lots of different sea life to see. The outdoor area faces the ocean and is absolutely marvellous with a beautiful view. The cafe' has good options as well and there is fresh ice cream available. An annual pass is very affordable and at the value of about 3 trips hence strongly recommendable for frequent goers. There is plenty of car park available at all times nearby.

This playcentre is really large and includes a massive under 3's area with innovative play areas which the children absolutely love. Entry cost is low, free for adults. Parking is undercover in the shade and just great. The cafe' has really varied options for food including restaurant level lunches, it being amazing for a playcentre. Smoothies are also available. Strongly recommend as a great day of fun, only down side is that they close somewhat early (2:00 PM on weekdays).
