This is a nice and quiet playcentre.
The staff was not too friendly but the food was ok although there not being the best variation. Also the coffee was not great. However it is very affordable, clean and there is a great variety of entertainment for children. It seems a good place to go and relax at a good price.

I had bought a washing machine from this store which turned out to be faulty. I was then referred to woolies for repairs and later had to contact lg as I was not getting the assistance that I needed - that is woolies was unable to fix although coming out 4 times to change parts; between woolies that were assigned to fix it and lg who never returned calls and left me on hold for half an hour at the time frequently with the line being cut out of nowhere following the wait, I ended up being left without a washing machine that worked for 2 months. As I was getting nowhere with the repairs and lg, I contacted the good guys again as I had purchased from them. They did a great job - also being unable to get a proper/reasonable response from lg, they offered me a new washing machine and offered delivery the same day or even a different brand if I preferred that. I was so happy having a big burden taken off my shoulders!

Great place, the play areas were innovative and great fun for the kids. My daughter loved the car rides! The staff was very attentive following up on kids entering areas not for their age and apprpriately helping them play in their age designed area. The menu was amazing with woodfire pizza that was tasting amazing. Parking was great too. Good prices and great rewards program too. Strongly recommend!

Really good playcentre. Great options for food - varied menu for adults and kids. Very affordable and good parking options. There are different play areas for the various age ranges and very popular for birthday celebrations. Kids love it here.

I first attended this site as I was being awarded counseling sessions through the victims of crime tribunal. Coral, the psychologist, has been really great, professional and [redacted due to breach of AHPRA guidleines]. She provided me with many handouts to learn more on how to tackle certain situations and she was also very warm and welcoming as my daughter had to attend with me a few times. They had a box with toys for her to play with while I was finalizing the session. There was always tea and coffee, Maria at reception being so nice. The waiting area was welcoming as well, the location being great with parking always available. I greatly recommend this clinic and the services provided.

I paid about 200,000 to build a 4 bedroom house in Melton using this builder. They claim a warranty of only 12-24 months depending on item and refuse to rectify work due to poor workmanship. I had the fence falling over after one year because it had not been set properly. The tiling work is uneven with tiles popping up in random places. Carpets lifting off as these were not laid properly and screws sticking up at all carpet edges causing potential injury. I had this place tenanted and I was not immediately aware of the matters. Upon contact with AHB they claimed only 12-24 months warranty for the above items in spite of consumer law stating 10 years for building defects. It is absolutely draining due to having to attenpt mediation through the victorian building authorities, perhaps even vcat, all due to poor workmanship. I definitely will not recommend this builder given the very poor quality of their work. I even had my tenant most recently falling over the uneven laid tiles causing her quite serious injury and yet AHB is not taking their faulty work seriously, denying fault. I hope my experience can help others in picking a better suited builder.

I really enjoyed the service provided by Theresa. She did an excellent job at my microdermabrasion, using laser at the end for photorejuvanation which had great results. I enjoyed chatting with her as well, finding her to have a great customer service oriented character. I ended up in McKinnon by chance having actually booked at the clinic location in Ascot Vale but there having been an error made. I find it negative that when I called because of this, the staff did not take responsibility, blaming me for the error by saying I had booked wrongly - which was not right as I had specifically asked for the Ascot Vale site. I ended up having to drive an extra hour to go to McKinnon however thanks to the excellent service provided at this site, and as I was advised that only they had the laser to use after the microdermabrasion treatment and this not being available at Ascot Vale, I decided to call this error a blessing in disguise. A 2 hours extra drive might have given me a better result so I will recommend the clinic! I was also given a $100 voucher at the end of the visit to use for future treatment and advise on how to care for my skin - which was great!

I visited on a weekday and the centre was at this time quite empty. Other children arrived with parents but only stayed less than half an hour which I found peculiar for an indoor playcentre. The staff was friendly, the coffee ordered came in a cup larger than average and was a good quality. However I did not think the menu had many options. The play area itself was rather good with good safety features as well and my daughter did enjoy it. Entrance price affordable.

This is a small clinic in Melbourne CBD. Have good prices and a range of treatments. I had photorejuvanation done with excellent results. The staff was initially nice and I returned for several appointments. However at my most recent visit they asked me to pay prior to my treatment in a peculiar strict manner, both staff located behind the desk, adding on an extra cost. I enquired if the price was increased and they said I had not paid enough at my former visit. I went to the extent of logging into my netbank to prove otheewise and they said that it was for a visit 6 months back. I clarified stating that I had a Groupon and paid extra due to additional treatment required only. My response was accepted and I ultimately paid the right price. In the aftermath I felt very disappointed over the treatment I received as trying to make me pay incorrectly for a payment having occurred months earlier, without explaining before and due to a potential staff mistake - which was not even the case.

This playcentre is rather good with quite some optioms, the outdoor area with play is rather good. They have some pushbikes and little cars for the children however I did not see any proper set up for the use of these such that the children ended up using these throughout the cafe area which didnt seem safe. The cafe area is very small however outdoors its good. The staff was nice however were not displaying the enthusiasm I would expected at this type of centre. Parking is plenty and right outside. There are good menu options and some toys for sale. You get a rewards card when visiting so that you can earn free drinks, meals and entrance as you keep attending (5, 10 and 15 times respectively).
