A life changing experience for me, I feel so blessed to have come across joe, he has such a soft approach when dealing with trauma, emotions, anxiety and depression yet so powerful. Joe is such a wise man and his workshops are an absolute blessing to have available, I walked in filled with fear and walked out filled with love and empowerment and direction having learnt so much about myself, my emotions and everything made sense again for me.
