I bought a Lumia 950 XL from these people, and it shipped days after they promised. When it arrived, before I even received the shipping notice, I noticed that it came with an international power adapter. The instructions for the phone were in Chinese, and when I turned the phone on, it too was all in Chinese. It took hours of fiddling around and a factory reset to get the phone to display English.

I had been expecting to receive an Australian device.

Not good enough!

The only good part of all this was the price.

Since posting this, the phone has had problems, and BecexTech's support's only response was "Do a factory reset". I'm an IT professional, and I know that a factory reset isn't a magic cure-all, so I didn't do it, and the problem resolved itself after a day or two, possibly as the result of a Microsoft update.

NOT resetting as instructed saved me hours of work and irretrievable data loss.
