I used this gym for over three years whilst in Brisbane. The staff were great and the trainers excellent. I would recommend this one to anyone in the area or on the way to or from the city passing the valley. FREE CAR PARKING for members. (PS Front counter staff were brilliant)

What can one say about Tony Mitchel Hair............. I am the son of a hairdresser and a particularly "challenging client"; Shane who cut my hair was professional, engaging but without being too in your face (although normally I would fall asleep). I can not say enough about this salon. Every single staff member adds to the synergy and professionalism of the establishment. When I come back to Australia the first thing I will be doing is dashing to Indro.........
