Love the donuts - they actually taste like proper donuts. The bakery is always clean and well presented and the food always fresh. Will drive out of my way just to eat there.

I needed a splint because I grind my teeth at night and the fitting process was very well done. And the price was reasonable too. The dentist was lovely and made sure I knew what was happening and even showed me the xrays and explained the results.

Recently had our one year inspection performed and was very happy with the service. They also did a pest spray and were helpful in explaining effects to pets, wildlife etc. They arrived on time and did exactly as they said they would.

I don't like buying meat or entering a butcher but these guys are great. The prices are fantastic, the quality is brilliant and the service is exceptionally fast so i can get in and out as quick as possible. They have great bread at a cheap price and also eggs too. You can buy milk, juice and soft drink also - a very handy place to go.

This is an extremely busy supermarket, particularly at lunch time, when i go. However, everytime I have been there have always been helpful staff available and enough staff to ensure that the queue moves very quickly, despite looking very long.

Have always been very happy with the service and product. The staff are lovely and very helpful. They were happy to adjust my existing glasses and gather quotes on getting new ones. The optometrist was professional but also friendly and did a quick but thorough examination of my eyes.

Recently used Bellbowrie Mechanical to service and repair our vehicle. Was very impressed. They understood a limited budget, made suggestions but didn't make us feel terrible if we couldn't afford them - suggested alternatives and also gave us an overview of what the car would need by the next 6 months service.

I'm yet to find a Bunnings with decent service and the Booval Bunnings is no different. There are never enough staff on the checkouts and you can waste a good 30mins waiting to be served.

This is the closest shopping centre to us by far unfortunately. It's not particularly clean and they are consistently sold out of the "coles" brand of food, forcing you to buy the more expensive brand. I would never buy fresh meat from the deli because it is always dried out and terrible looking. The staff that work the checkouts are particularly slow, or far too busy talking to each other.

We ordered an egg mcmuffin and when I started to eat it I found it was a bacon and egg mcmuffin. I can't eat bacon so i took it back and politely asked for another one. They bought it out and when i started eating it found there was a small piece of bacon inside, it looked as if they had just pulled the bacon off and forgotten some of it. When i took it back the Manager was so rude but I eventually got him to offer me a refund. It took 15mins to order at the counter and the bottles of water were hot. They didn't say anything until I pointed out and then the response was "that's all we've got". You think they would have apologised and asked if I still wanted it, considering I can walk into Coles and buy a hot one for far less. I was appalled at the staff's attitude but not at all suprised after speaking with the Manager. Years ago, when I worked for McDonald's that would never have been allowed. We would have apologised and offered an alternative from the menu and perhaps something extra to account for the inconvenience.
