A very bad experience!!!
My daughter had her hair coloured and it was not washed out properly, we had a wedding to go to the next day and I had to waste time washing the colour off her scalp!! Not happy at all!!!! Also she had her hair style curled for the wedding aswell and it dropped out straight after from not enough hair spray... we really REGRET coming here.... my daughters confidence was shattered the ONLY reason I'd go back there is for a refund!!!
Even after talking with them to discuss this terrible experience they have still refused to refund me for the unprofessional job Celine did. What ever happened to customer satisfaction??? They said I should have gone back straight away to fix it After!! So they don't have to refund?! After the appointment taking 3 hrs we were then late for our next appointment. I have photo evidence!! Don't waste your time with this unprofessional business!!
