We bought a flowergirl dress for my sister's wedding. The dress had to be ordered which was fine and on the docket it was noted that the store was to contact the customer upon arrival. We called the shop 6 weeks later and was told that the dress had arrived 2 weeks ago! We argued why they didn't call us as stated on the docket but the lady just rolled her eyes and said someone else was working there at the time and she fell behind. Not good enough when the wedding is almost 2 weeks away and the dress may need to be altered! Upon taking the dress home there was a stain on the shoulder! NOT HAPPY! After arguing the point saying that this is not good enough, they finally decided to exchange. Just as well the dress didn't need altering! The only good thing was they did home deliver the dress to the house 2 days before the wedding! I wouldn't shop there again as the customer service is very poor and the sales assistant's have attitude!
