LET me share what I read about Phillip Michael's
Mr Michael won hairdresser of the year in new England in 1990/1992/1994
his son won in 1996/97/99
he had wella support him in England MA Boston in2001 as he took on a charity gig with 600 stylists and over 3 weeks he and the team of hairdresser raised 7.2 million for the cancer research team new England Children voice box charity also the Ruben and McDonald charity. I have watched him closely as a hairdresser and he leaves me open mouthed as he works magic with his fingers, I hope 1 day to achieve the level or the understanding that his man has, he is a master hairdresser. Mr Michael was charismatic and charming, with impeccable manners, spiritual although not without ego (!) and looked like a sexy rock star in his tight pants, winkle pickers, long hair. This heartthrob hairdresser functioned from the heart and vowed to treat his ladies like roses. No matter how famous his client was, whether a housewife or how old, he did, looking into the mirror all the time, to make sure their hair suited them from every angle, often flirting as only he could and offering his last lady of the day a glass of a good champagne, in a great champagne flute, from the collection he kept with his shampoos and in his staff room ‘fridge.
I found this story wonderful Mr Michaels was a real artist, truly. Watching him cut or engage his staff and clients/friends, he really was a visionary. Perfectly un-perfect. one of the great thoughts/moments I took away from him was that hair was a never ending art project

my comments
My name is Shelia I am from India, I meet Phillip in the salon on Phillip street where I was booked in for a cut and blow-dry
now I am a shy person with long hair that is very damaged.
Phillip greeted me and his son brought me a pot of the most wonderful tea, and side goodies of biscuits now I was sitting down and told to drink my tea, normally you are rest to the basin to get your hair washed before you meet the hairdresser here it is tea 1st. Phillip came and sat down with me, he smiled and said there isn't anything you need to worry about just drink your tea and relax, I will cut your hair dry so you can see I am not cutting a lot off. Phillip started to cut my hair dry it was magic watching him in the mirror lifting feeling cutting the hair was taken in so many direction I got giddy trying to watch

end result he is a wizard and a gentleman you should all go and see him
