I needed to lose some Kgs to feel better within my self. a friend recommended the lady shake. I tried it and liked it better than the other shakes . Losing weight and not hungry. I like the banana flavour best. Anyone wanting to lose weight this is the way to go

My husband has been on this shake now for three months and has lost 10kgs. the big belly has gone. He takes it to work for lunch and loves it. Not only is he loosing weight but we are saving money on his weekly lunches. only about $2 for lunch instead of the $10 he was spending daily. He loves the taste and is feels so much better. I would recommend to anyone wanting to feel and look better. His high blood pressure has come down as well. He also takes the man bars to work for afternoon tea.
