Must have missed the boat here....These guys have left me with a flodded backyard for 3 weeks without any attempt to help or even send anyone out... I'll be posting pictures of the damage and emails also (its a fault in the structure of the poly tank) - Desparate calls for help are answered with the occasional email and excuses but ultimately have only seen well.. nothing. I have to judge by their action its a '0 star' for after sales service.

FYI - Their excuses have ranged from - 'its a tank we no longer look after as the supplier is out of business (thanks - so I'm high and dry?)' and 'my manager is away - he will call you'. Have been handed across 4 different folks in 3 weeks- each of whom appear to have limited ability to even have someone come out to inspect the issue. V unhappy.

I know they have local agents as they had dropped this in conversation (I'm in Melbourne) but nothing .........
