My fridge/freezer was "not working" and had to have the electronic board replaced, during this difficulty COVID times, with limited service support everywhere. I called Melbourne Metro Refrigeration and within a few minutes I had your technician Sergio calling me, and within a couple of hours later he was on his way to my house to fix the issue with my fridge/freezer. Sergio was a delightful man who quickly identified the problem and went about his work professionally, informative and efficiently, I was asking other question about my fridge, Sergio identified I had small issue with my door and he fixed this as well, but did not pressure me at all. Where most trade people would of not mention anything. Melbourne Metro Refrigeration’s prompt response, service, professionalism, with great service technician work ethics and efficiency. Sergio excellent work ethic was immediately made obvious and he was a pleasure to have in my kitchen.
