My initial phone call was immediately directed to the Company, and I received a return call within 5 minutes telling me that their technician Fabio would arrive within the hour. Less than an hour later, Fabio arrived at my door. I struck the jackpot with Fabio. He is highly skilled with a delightful personality. Best of all, he knows his stuff and was able to clearly explain what my fridge problem was. He went to work quickly and fixed it. Without a doubt, Fabio is the best technician I have ever dealt with. And the cost was very reasonable.
