For the difficulties the co-ordinator faces on a daily basis this organisation really excels. It's hard in such a remote location to find staff at the best of times but they have always managed to succeed enough for local families attending. All staff are friendly and positive no matter the situation, I commend those that are fully qualified with the huge pressures due to lack of staff with qualifications- it is a fantastic environment with everything you'd get in the City but with a personal touch you wouldn't find in many.
Always friendly, large variety in all areas of books and if not more than willing to order it in. Excellent location within the shopping centre, one that is easy to find. Have a broad option of Sale items that are actually worth looking at. Staff seem well trained and knowledgeable of stock.
