I had a very good pre-sales experience.
The design team at Melvic is really good. I enjoyed the design part of the house as they do custom designs and listen to you.

I ordered some custom made furniture for my house. The furniture was not made to my specifications. I was assured it will be fixed in a weeks time. I have been calling them every week since last 2 months and they still have not fixed. They will give me a new time every week but will not turn up.

This is the worst service I have seen.
