I would state that parents should avoid Hampton Swim school due to very slow or no responses to emails or phone calls, very poor teaching quality and lack of effective responses to complaints about these issues.
For example, the swimming teacher was rude to my husband in front of other parents in the class and did not take interest in our child's struggles in the pool.

When we made a written complaint to Hampton swim school our concerns were denied and we were not given a refund of money we paid for the term, even after giving two weeks notice as required and canceling through the app as requested by Hampton swim school. Update: We were provided a refund of the balance amount after further discussions.

Other issues have been frequent changes in classes and teachers for our child, the only reason being the convenience of Hampton swim school, rather than our child's needs.
