Unexpected plumbing issue popped up when our son used the toilet and the seat broke loose.
Called Fallon and scheduled an appointment for next day, however I got a call back 2 hrs later to let me know someone was in the area now and could come.

Jimmy R showed up within a few mins, was polite, professional and advised we only needed to replace the pin and not the whole seat. Also did an on the spot inspection and found an issue with pipes and complete sink taps that were rusted and about to give way, so we replaced that too to save an guaranteed after hours call out in the next few months.

Writing a review in the hope someone from the company sees this. Rang 4 times to get a quote and have yet to receive a callback at all....clearly left my name, contact number, time to call is and address every time, but no avail....
No wonder tradies get a bad wrap....
