Please be AWARE. I’ve just had the worst experience with this company. My clean was so disappointing.

Be warned they don’t offer satisfaction guaranteed as mentioned on their website.

They also don’t employ cleaners but are a referral agency that connects cleaners with you. So any cleaner can pickup your job when they advertise it experienced or not?

I can’t also believe they train their cleaners as also mentioned on their website. The cleaner I had had little cleaning experience.

Book for a BOND CLEAN Not only was this not done but doubt any rooms were entered into, NO floors done AT ALL, dust left still untouched on exhaust fans, grime on ceiling fans, chrome fittings not cleaned nor did they know how to provide an invoice. Originally got told they don't give receipts.

This was all for 5 + hours @ $365 an nithing done ... excuse, I didn't provide the cleaner with list... well excuse me but you are the first cleaners that don't know what a bond clean is or what's included. Though you do state this on your website clearly, so you do know what a bond clean is...

They will not send the original cleaners back out to do the job that was requested and paid for. If your going to ask (why paid), my daughter is Inexperienced in Renting and tried to do the right thing...

From their reviews it seems they are great when things are great, but unprofessional when things get a little hard. Please be aware as it’s very disheartening when you contact a company with an issue only to be told ... my problem. You got your money so who gives a flying rats that my daughter has now been left in a terrible predicament of having to outlay more money (that she or i dont have) for another bond clean

Think twice before dealing with this company.. I wish I had seen these reviews before I booked with them.
