Dean is the rudest man I have met. I ordered parts, rang several times to see what the situation was with NO return call. When Dean finally rang me back, I said that I rang 3 times and no one returned my call. His response was "ok, whinge whinge" I than said that I was the customer so why are you saying these things, his response was, "so you're the customer, and you want special treatment?" I will not be spoken to by anyone, so I hung up.
Do yourself a favour, don't bother unless you want to be abused for being right. If I could give a negative star, I would.
