Had a quote done 2 weeks ago, this was a second quote as we got another from the manufacturer (Stratco) Install a Verandas quote was far too expensive.
The sales lady was lovely to begin with but when we said we would think about it and get back to her if we want to go ahead she promptly got up and left!
Basically they want both parties present to sign and pay a deposit on the spot even at quote stage!
My husband and I do not take kindly to being pushed into signing something without having time to discuss.
If anyone reading this takes one thing away from my review please be careful and do not be baffled by bs.
Go directly with the manufacturer like we did and get much more value for money. The builder is the one who quotes and is not a salesperson with pushy sales techniques.
Stratco price $38,000 as opposed to Install a Veranda’s $43,000!!!
