Booked in a regular fortnightly cleaning service and no one even showed up. Even after trying to call multiple times I only heard back once I threatened to cancel the service. You'd think they would want to make a good first impression. Unfortunately it was a waste of time for me but now that we have found an alternative, I am more than happy to provide them with the regular payments.
