Honestly, when you’ve read all the reviews Gloss Hair Design has received so far, you going to ask yourself “Can a hairdresser really be THAT good?” (because that’s how I felt too) Well the answer is YES! For me to write a review, means a lot, because I am pretty much an introvert and don’t really like ‘putting myself out there’, but after my experience with Moshe and Kayla at Gloss Hair Design, I just MUST share how amazing my visit was. Moshe is an absolute expert at his craft and he takes a lot of pride in his work, which shows in his amazing work.
I have had some previous bad experiences with then lead me to ‘take matters into my own hands’ (definitely NOT recommended) leaving me with absolute destroyed hair and a colour which was an absolute nightmare!
As soon as I entered the salon I was welcomed like an old friend & made very comfortable. I felt very unsure of myself and was rather nervous, but Moshe made me feel at ease with his genuine, caring & friendly manner. He took a lot of time to listen to my ideas and explained what would be possible. Like I’ve said I am a rather introverted person and some new social situations are not so easy for me, I felt very comfortable, informed & taken care of every step of the way. I ended up with a big colour correction job and an amazing pixie cut, both couldn’t have been done in a more professional manner! The colour is out of this world and the cut is just amazing!
Kayla is an absolute sweetheart and was giving me great advice on styling & care for my new short pixie cut as well as being super knowledgeable in everything hair!
I’ve never received as many compliments on a hair cut or colour as I have in the past few days since my visit! Although I am not local to the area, I will most definitely be traveling the 90 mins for my next appointment at Gloss Hair.
