I was emotional imbalanced before I have my first session with My Sydney Hypnotherapy. Half way through that first session I felt wonderful relief, a dissolving of anxiety, pain, fear and negative feelings I had been carrying around. I felt such peace and tranquillity for a couple weeks after that first session.
I was reminded that I choose the kinds of feelings and thoughts and to let some of these negative emotions and thoughts to just pass by, I realised I had control. I found George to be professional, easy to talk too and has your best interest at heart. I value what I expose my mind to and I would definitely highly recommend George to anyone I know.
