My primary purchase package (Mobile Phone) arrived promptly and in well-packaged condition. All good. The secondary envelope (an order for a Micro SD card) arrived promptly as expected, however unfortunately the envelope was found to be empty! On closer inspection of the envelope I noticed that the bottom right-handed edge of this enveloped had either been very carefully 'slit' or had been inadvertently torn by the sharpness of the contents intended for delivery. The cause or point of damage en-route for this was naturally impossible for me to determine. I immediately contact both the store staff and customer support at BecexTech Australia. My initial contact, Jeff, was very helpful and understanding in trying to get my problem resolved. He immediately responded to my concerns re this loss (non-receipt) of this product. After requesting a formal statement from me (which i was happy to submit), Jeff courteously undertook to ensure that my issue would be handed to and actioned by the BecexTech Australia Customer Support Group, and kept me in 'the loop' during this process. My re-instatement request and concerned comments were quickly taken on board, and I was delighted when I received a positive response stating that my originally-ordered (and missing!) SDCard would be replaced and re-posted to me at the earliest opportunity. I subsequently received this replacement promptly in the mail. I am very impressed at the high level of customer support given by BecexTech, and appreciated the fact that the initial and subsequent support given by Jeff and his crew was very courteous and respectful, and my request and subsequent action taken so seriously. So, thank you BecexTech.. your excellent customer support is appreciated and a rare thing these days. I will happily use your company again.
