I was very happy with the service, e,g. Contacting me via phone immediately after I had emailed you. I also like a technician is able to come to my home within a short time frame.I had Brad connect & install programs on the one day and had Brad back within 2 days to connect the new printer, as a result of him not being able to get my old printer working.

Having said all that, I will still call the PC doctor whenever I require help with my computer.
