Awesome customer service that left nothing to be desired.Bought an LG 450 litre bottom mount fridge plus a Siemens dishwasher; plus they gave me a discount for purchasing the 3 items ;and I did not even ask for one.!!

Also I thought that the LG refrigerator wasn't working properly as after 24 hours temp was no better tham my 18 year old Fisher & Paykel around 5 degrees.

But wait ; they were prepared to swap the fridge over and give me the benefit of the doubt !! How often does this happen !!

All I can say is to any purchaser of a new refrigerator ;give the unit at least a couple of days to "Settle in " as so to speak to reach its desired performance

Now couldn't be happier with a great unit that gets down to the setting i have around 2-3 degrees

Also this LG fridge is quality for the money ! compared to other brands at a similar price
