We used them for subdivision job. They have sent through a very comprehensive paperwork, luckily this is not our first subdivision therefore we understand what is includes and excludes. I would imagine if this is the first time, I will not have a clue to what is included in the paperworks. They are a big company with different department. So I prepare to speak to different people if you like me, have different questions. They price is very reasonable and the time frame is not bad as well. However, if this is my first subdivision, I will definitely go to someone can explain to me the entire process.

We went there for a quick meal as it was late and no much option left. I have the grilled fish, which was average, the fish is a bit overcooked. Friend has a burger, who said it was ok, no surprise. Sometimes it is better without surprise! Thoroughly we enjoyed the meal and would definitely recommend and will come back if we are around the area.

The restaurant has a head restaurant in Thornlie, however the new restaurant is Melville is much closer to our place. We were concerned that the food is not as good as the Thornlie shop, but to our surprise, it was good. The service was abit let down, very slow. Bit is a good place to go for a quick meal!

we went there for the fish wing noodle as highly recommended by a friend. The restaurant was full of people, we waited for a good 10min for a table, no complain here (not very long time accordingly to my friend). The fish wing noodle was good, very authentic taste. Will certainly go back to try other dishes.

Yummy pizza little shop! They always have deals so we always get budget price for their pizza. The pizza is ok, with resonable ingredients. But I think their pizza base is a bit soft and thick, as I prefer thiner and crunchier base (just personal preferences). Will be back.

The restaurant is stuck under the main building which is not obviously from outside (although its on the corner). The variety of food is good, which including brown rice on the menu. Personally i think the price is a bit over-priced, but will be a good night out.

I think this is one of the best that food restaurant in town. I love their pork mince with basil and green curry. All dishes are in decent sizes, well priced as well. Always busy on a Friday night or weekend but the services are still very good.

The restaurant has a nice decor at its entrances with some water features and a very pleasant feeling. The food tastes good but I think the price is slightly more expensive than other chinese restaurant in town. Their turn over is fast so its a good place to have asian food on a busy night.

We went there for a very late afternoon dim-sum. Despite that they dim-sum is not bad, their services are very slow. We were there waited for almost half an hour with no food on the table. We ended up special order some dim-sum but eventually only turned out after more than half an hour wait.

This place is one of the best BBQ restaurant in northern river. We always take away roasted pork and BBQ pork as there always pack with customers, especially during dinner time.
