It's a small body corporate of 6 townhouses. We require garden maintenance and keep paths clear. Front common garden area, common courtyard, driveway area. Tasks would include cleaning the drains, sweeping, maintaining the hedges and general garden growth, and fertilising. The garden is in good condition. Need a team that understands plants and undertakes general maintenance. Overhanging branches, weeding, and removing foliage. Two hours every fortnight is sufficient to maintain the property. Or do extra time, or less, or to maintain the property. Or do every 3 weeks and allow 3-4 hours. We have sufficient green waste bins
